Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for, accessing, or deploying enterprise workloads via the Onscryn cloud platform, website, or APIs ("Services"), your organization ("Customer", "you") agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service between you and Onscryn Inc. If you are accepting on behalf of a corporate legal entity, you represent and warrant that you possess adequate legal authorization to bind that institution.
2. Software & Application Licensing Compliance
Onscryn provides virtualization hosting, per-tile differential display streaming engines, and ephemeral OS container orchestration. While our single-tenant container isolation model eliminates technical and legal requirements for Microsoft Remote Desktop Services Client Access Licenses (RDS CALs), Customer retains total sole operational responsibility for obtaining and adhering to End User License Agreements (EULAs) for the specific proprietary application executables (such as SAP GUI, AutoCAD LT, QuickBooks, or custom software) uploaded and executed within Onscryn container catalogs.
3. Acceptable Use Policy & Platform Integrity
You agree not to utilize Onscryn container infrastructure to engage in any prohibited or abusive network activities, including but not limited to:
- Deploying automated cryptocurrency mining algorithms or untargeted computational bruteforce scripts.
- Hosting distributed denial of service (DDoS) staging relays or unauthorized network penetration scanning tools.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, decode, or bypass our proprietary hardware GPU differential streaming transport codecs or security authorization tickets.
4. Uptime Guarantee & SLA Commitments
For customers on Business Pro and Enterprise VPC tiers, Onscryn endeavors to provide 99.9% uptime for cloud application streaming availability. In the event of confirmed network or container orchestration outages exceeding our SLA thresholds, eligible organizations may request pro-rated subscription billing service credits in accordance with our Enterprise Support Schedule.
5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
In no event shall Onscryn Inc., its engineering founders, or suppliers be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential commercial damages arising out of interruption of enterprise workflows. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
